Tomato juice contains essential nutrients like Vitamin A, C, folate, and iron.
  • Tomato, Celery, and Kale- Kale is a staple ingredient for different green juices. Instead of cutting the taste of kale with fruits, the juice is prepared by mixing celery and tomato, which means adding more Vitamin A.  Adding horseradish to the juice can provide anti-inflammatory benefits. Vitamin E in mangos adds additional antioxidant benefits to improve your immune system, mainly in older adults.
  • Watermelon juice- Watermelon is not only beneficial for your immune system, but it also helps in relieving muscle soreness. Muscle soreness is a common symptom of flu, mainly in old people. The heavy water content in this fruit makes it easier to prepare juice. You can also mix watermelon juice with other fresh juices like orange or apple, that may not have as much Vitamin A.
